After all, Marc Fleury only used to jump out of planes once, not operate them, LOL I have a very similar product for quite a few years now, but I did not bother or find time to package and market it so extensively. Basically it did all the "mimic" and providing features of MS Outlook Calendar in a similar way back in 2000. Also based on Swing. I have a rich Java library and Beans collection from those days and would be happy to consider contribution to your projects if that's of interest? Besides I am leading JSR-275, dealing with measures and units and also know my colleague from JSR-310 (and JodaTime) quite well. If your product was to deal with those features (e.g. Holiday vs. Workday marker, etc.) I assume this could benefit both. At least JSR-275 and its RI also uses BSD, that might help, too.
